Cholorado is the soul of what Littleton is all about with their unique and captivating menu. Their chicken bites and Pizza (cooked on a wood fire grill) are AMAZING! But let me tell you about this burger.... OH MY GOD! It's incredible. It certainly tops the best 3 burgers I've ever had in my life!! Aside from that, Rockers Spirits which hosts Cholorado is equally unique and I would recommend anyone trying to find an "off the beaten path" experience to check them out!!

CholoRado is the best thing to happen to Littleton. I first visited during their grand opening in August and haven't been able to get enough of their food. And let me tell you. It's some good eats! My favorite is their Pueblo Green Chili Chicken Nachos. I'm trying to be "healthy" so it's hard to find a non pork green chili. It's safe to say I was more than excited when I noticed it on the menu and elated that it was just as good if not better than a pork option. Ordering again and again.

We love this place! They have the best burger in town. It's not traditional, in that it's on crispy Texas toast, but that's part of what makes it special. The flavor of the huge beef patty, along with the cheese and the spicy topping is soooo good! You have to try the papas con queso (super crispy fried potato and cheesy goodness!) Their carnitas tacos are the bomb, and their pizzas are delicious...

August 2021. AMAZEBALLS!! Wow. Life changing. Ok, now that I've got that out of my system, here's the deal. It is a food truck. Open Wednesday-Saturday 5-9pm. It's associated with Rocker spirits which has lovely outdoor patio seating. And drinks. But back to the truck... The guys working made my gf and I dinner at 9pm as they were about to close...

The Chicken Chili Nachos were the best nachos I've ever eaten in my life!!! I HIGHLY recommend going by the check this place out, it's seriously amazing. I can't wait to go back!
